With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of our beloved Patsy Ruth Spence, who peacefully departed to be with the Lord on June 25, 2024, at 1:44 AM at 85 years old. She was born on January 17, 1939 to the late John and Marcella Dean. She is reunited with her parents, cherished husband, Dale Bullard, beloved sons Carl LaRue Bowen and Tyrone Daniel Bowen. Patsy is also preceded in death by her eight brothers and seven sisters.
She is survived by her daughter Debra (Ray) Snider, son Tim (Robin) Bowen, grandkids; Mary Adcox-Smith, Chris (Teri) Snider, Michael Snider, Barbie (Eddie) Geis, Timmy (Anissa) Bowen, great grand kids; Jared (Melissa) Smith, Kayla (Trey) Harvison, Brody Smith, Jayden Snider, David Snider, Madi Geis, SJ Bowen, Annabel Geis, Witten Bowen, Erynn Vasquez, Macien Vasquez, Ella Falcon, great-great grandkids Gavin Smith, Gauge Harvison and many nieces, nephews, and numerous friends who she thought of as family.
Pat is cherished by many and remembered for her enduring beauty and boundless love for everyone she met. She has many different names such as Mom, Grandma, GiGi, Aunt Pat, Little Pat, or Grandma Yellow Hair. Her grace and resilience touched the lives of countless individuals, each of whom held a unique place in her heart. To all who knew her, Pat was a beacon of love, strength and kindness, leaving memories of her infectious laughter and compassionate spirit.
Pat's life was one of joyous moments shared with family and friends. She leaves behind a legacy of love that will be forever cherished by those fortunate enough to have had her in their lives. Though she is no longer with us, her spirit lives on in the countless lives she touched.
A celebration of Pat's life will be held on Thursday, July 11, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. at The Bar-B-Que Man Restaurant, 4931 Interstate 37, Corpus Christi, Texas 78408 to honor her memory and share stories of her remarkable life.
Pat will be deeply missed but fondly remembered for her smile, her sense of humor, her strength, her unwavering love, and the profound impact she made on all who knew her. May she rest in peace, as she is truly healed and reunited with loved ones who have gone before her in Heaven.
