Juan Manuel Gonzales

He is preceded in death by both paternal and maternal grandparents, his beloved parents, and brother Ray M. Gonzales.

He leaves to cherish his loving memory his wife of 29 years, Janie Gonzales, one son, two daughters, four sisters; Elida (Ricardo) Valdez, Gloria Gonzalez, Olga (Antonio) Peña, Veronica (Juan) Velasquez, and nine grandchildren.

Juan had one of the biggest, brightest smiles ever. He was a loving husband, father, and PoPo. He cared deeply for his family. He was a hardworking provider for his family as he traveled and worked as a welder in the ship yards. When Juan wasn’t working he was either spending his time with his family, he didn’t mind playing dress up with his granddaughter, or fishing with his nephews and/or buddies. He will be deeply missed by all his family and friends.

Visitation will be held on Friday, October 29, 2021 at Funeraria del Angel Cheyenne, located 549 Cheyenne St, Corpus Christi, Texas 78405 from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm with a prayer service at 7:00 pm.
