Jesus was a truck driver for most of his life. He loved spending time with his friends and family. He will be dearly missed by all those who loved him.
He is preceded in death by his parents and wife, Sylvia Martinez.
He is survived by his children, Jesse (Esther) Martinez, Jr., Steve (Debra) Martinez, Robert (Danelle) Martinez and Adrian Martinez; brothers, Joe (Maria) Martinez and Richard (Rosa) Martinez; sister, Connie Cirlos; sixteen grandchildren, twenty-six great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, March 12, 2013 from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm at Memory Gardens Funeral Home, 8200 Old Brownsville Rd. A Holy rosary will be recited at 7:00 pm that evening. Funeral service will be Wednesday, March 13, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. at Memory Gardens Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at the Memory Gardens Cemetery.
