Imelda Martinez Marroquin

Imelda Martinez Marroquin, age 59, of Corpus Christi, Texas passed away on Thursday, May 11, 2023. She was born on November 29, 1963, in Edinburg, Texas, to Roberto Martinez and Ninfa Salinas Martinez.

Imelda was a loving daughter, sister, wife and mother. At her core she was a devoted follower of Christ and a godly woman who aspired to live a Christian life. She had a particular way of approaching others that was always warm and welcoming, leaving them with a lasting impression of her kindness. She was a deeply compassionate and empathetic person whose faith never wavered. As a mother she instilled such qualities in her children who she loved dearly. Imelda was an artist of life, a lover of music with a wonderful sense of humor. Her warmth and kind-heartedness will be greatly missed.

Imelda is preceded by her Mother Ninfa Martinez.

Imelda is survived by: her father Roberto Martinez, husband Jorge Marroquin;

her children: George Marroquin, Angela Marroquin, Isaac Marroquin, and Anais Marroquin.
