She is preceded in death by her husband, Carlos G. Chapa; son Carlos Chapa Jr.,
brother-in-law, Teodoro Arellano; sister, Margarita Arellano, nephew, Luis Ayala.
Gloria is survived by; Bertha Mendoza(Roberto), Janie Rodriguez(Greg), Aurora Molina (Juan), Terry Hinojosa(Juan),Roel Chapa(Victoria),Juan Chapa(Rosie), Josie Hernandez(Richard), Doris Casares(Raul); 22 grandchildren, 29 great- grandchildren, special nephews, Ted (Velma), Sonny (Maria) Arellano, and Margie Ayala.
Visitation will be held from 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., Sunday, February 27, 2011 at Funeraria Del Angel, 549 Cheyenne St. with the Holy Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. the same evening. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 2:00 p.m., Monday, February 28, 2011 at Our Lady of Guadalupe. Interment will follow at Rose Hill Memorial Park.
