Frank F. Valenzuela

He worked at Coastal States Refinery for over 30 years of dedicated service.

Frank was a long time member of the Corpus Christi Pan American Golf Association. He was also a member of over 60 Golf Associations. Frank enjoyed the brotherly foursome of Cefe, Rudy and Israel. He never met a stranger. Frank enjoyed being with his grandkids and watching golf and football. He loved volunteering with the Pan American Junior Golf clinic with his brothers, Rudy Valenzuela and Ceferino Valenzuela.

He is preceded in death by his father, Jose Valenzuela; his mother, Delfina F. Valenzuela and brother, Joe F. Valenzuela .

Frank is survived by his wife of 50 years, Mary Helen Valenzuela; son, Frank Ruben Valenzuela; daughters, Delia (Arturo) Garza and Maria Diana( Michael Anthony) Trevino. Also surviving are his grandchildren, Shantel Gomez, Jacob Garza, , Briana Trevino and Alissa Trevino; his brothers and sisters, Ceferino F. Valenzuela (Angelica), Oscar F. Valenzuela (Maria) of Barstow, California, Rudy F. Valenzuela (Lupita), Lucy Deleon (Richard), Alicia Valenzuela and Israel F Valenzuela (Lilia).Also surviving; his brother in laws, Frank (Petra) Balderas, Ralph Balderas of Irving ,Texas; and his sister in law Amelia (Augustine) Aguilar.

Public visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 5, 2012 at Funeraria Del Angel-Memorial Holly chapel with a rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. that evening. Rites of a Christian burial will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, January 6, 2012 at St. Patrick Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery.

Honoring him as his pallbearers are Ceferino Valenzuela, Israel Valenzuela, Michael Anthony Trevino, Arturo Garza, Gary Arnold Valenzuela and Michael Ross. Honorary pallbearer, Jacob Garza.
