Frank H. Dunn Jr.

Frank Herbert Dunn, Jr. passed away on September 5, 2013 in Corpus Christi, Texas. He was born on January 20, 1927 to Frank Herbert and Bessie McGhee Dunn in Bridgeton, North Carolina. Frank attended Free Will Baptist Bible College from 1956-1957. He was a member of New Hope Independent Baptist Church since November 1982. He was employed as a machinist in Rockford, Illinois, and the Naval Air Rework Facility, Cherry Point Marine Corps Air Station in North Carolina before coming to Corpus Christi where he worked in several machine shops. He was preceded in death by his parents, three brothers and three sisters. Also leaves behind to cherish his memories his wife; Janie Cagle Dunn, his children; Alathea (Frank) Mckinley, Kay Huffman, Paul Dunn ,Vickie (Robert) Smith, his grandchildren; Elizabeth McKinley, Edward Huffman, Joy (Jeffery) Stiffler, Matthew Smith, Nathan Smith, Michael Smith, his two great grandchildren Saylor Lynn Huffman, Kaylynn Zoe Stiffler , several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held on Monday, September 9, 2013 from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Memory Gardens Funeral Home. Funeral Service will be celebrated on Tuesday, September 10, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. at Memory Gardens Funeral Home Chapel. Burial to follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery.
