Ernesto Martinez

Ernesto was Veteran of the U.S. Air Force. He was employed by the Department of Family and Protective Services as a Regional Tech for IT Division for 18 years. He was a loving, caring man who loved music, movies, impersonating Elvis and tinkering with computers.

Ernesto is preceded in death by his father, Hipolito Martinez and brother, Hector Martinez.

He is survived by his wife of 22 years, Abby Martinez; mother, Josefa Martinez; brothers, Enrique (Enedina) Martinez, Hipolito Martinez Jr., Jose Martinez; sisters, Maria Luisa (Jesus) Uvalle, Rosalinda Lucio, Gracie (Rey) Chavez; parents-in-law, Manuel and Paula Patino; sisters-in-law, Hazel Patino, Minerva (David) Kutch; brothers-in-law, Manuel (Pat) Patino Jr., Aquiles Patino (Sylvia Franco), Emilio Patino, Sr. Also surviving are numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Visitation will be held Thursday, December 2, 2010 from 4:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at Cage-Mill Funeral Director’s. Funeral Mass will be held Friday, December 3, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Patrick Catholic Church with interment to follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery.
