Cynthia Sue Gomez

Cynthia Sue Gomez, age 65, of Corpus Christi, Texas passed away on Wednesday, March 23, 2022. Cynthia was born July 20, 1956. She is preceded in death by her father Ramon Garza and Ex-Husband David Gomez. She is survived by her mother Patricia Garza, her brothers Raymond, Richard, and Roland Garza, her children Andrew and Sara Gomez and a granddog named Brodi as well as a countless friends and family who love her.

Cynthia was affectionately known as Cindy. She was known for her kindness and compassion to others, constantly looking for ways to lend a helping hand. Cindy was devoted to her faith and served in many capacities at her home church, Solid Rock. She could often be seen cheerfully singing songs of joy. Cindy loved a simple life spending time with her children, visiting with her family, working on puzzles with her mother, playing scrabble, and watching Star Trek. Cindy worked in the medical field for years as an accomplished Transcriptionist.

A visitation for Cynthia will be held Saturday, April 9, 2022 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Funeraria Del Angel - Memorial Holly, 3442 Holly Rd, Corpus Christi, Texas 78415, followed by a chapel service at 2:00 PM.
