Claudio L. Gonzalez

Claudio was a proud father and grandfather and his legacy will live on through his children. He was an avid carpenter and spent his life caring for his family. He enjoyed spending time laughing together and cherished his pets throughout the years.

Claudio is reunited with his parents, Benigno and Albina Gonzalez; the love of his life, Armandina Gonzalez; his grandson, Rene Sanchez Jr.; and his siblings, Anna Gonzalez, Socorro Diaz, Jose Angel Trevino and Lazaro Diaz.

He leaves to cherish his memories his children, Janie Gonzalez, Patricia Carrizalez (Refugio), Azeneth Vega (Joby), Rose Cuevas (Nieves), Claudia Garza (Paul), Claudio Gonzalez Jr. (Crystal Castillo); grandchildren, Armandina Sanchez, Angelica Sanchez, Patricia Castaneda (Paul), Benjamin Carrizalez, Ashley Rodriguez (Darrell), Amber Vega (Cameron Madani), Atalie Vega, Rosanna Herrera (JR Castillo), Paul Garza, Carolina Garza, Armandina Gonzalez, Claudia Gonzalez, Emilee Gonzalez; great grandchildren, Liana Castaneda, Brian Castaneda, Seleste Rodriguez, Layla Rodriguez, Carter Madani, Catalina Madani, Corey Madani, Leah Luna, Jaiden Castillo; great-great grandchild, Amari Mosley; he also leaves a host of extended family and friends.

Family will receive friends at Memory Gardens Funeral Home on Friday, October 18, 2024 from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a Holy Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. that same evening. A Funeral Service will begin on Saturday, October 19, 2024 at Memory Gardens Funeral Home at 10:00 a.m. He will be laid to rest in Memory Gardens Cemetery.
