Bob “Robby” Bridges, 49, passed away April 15, 2014 from injuries incurred from a motorcycle accident on 24 February. He was born 1 Oct. 1964 in California, but spent his life in Corpus Christi. He attended Flour Bluff High School.
He is preceded in death by his youngest brother Charles Alan Bridges, his grandfather James Clyde West and his aunt Jenny Lewis.
He is survived by his mother Betty Clydeen (Dennis) Acton; brothers James Dean Bridges, Richard Todd Bridges, Jeff Acton; sister Lisa Acton Mendez; grandmother; one uncle and aunt, great uncles and aunts; and many cousins, nieces and nephews and friends.
Robby was loved by all that knew him and will always be remembered for his great kindness, sense of humor and love of life. He will be missed by all that knew him.
Family will be receiving family and friends on Saturday, April 19, 2014 at Memory Gardens Funeral Home at 2:00 p.m. with funeral service starting at 3:00 p.m. Burial to follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery.
