Belinda C. Lopez

She attended Roy Miller School and worked at Corpus Christi State School. At the age of 18 she met and married the love of her life, Ramiro R. Lopez.

Belinda was a kind and generous person and made friends everywhere she went. She was always the life of the party and was known to many as Mrs. Bea.

She was born on June 7, 1957 in Falfurrias, TX to Amadeo & Ofelia Chavera.

She is preceded in death by her father, Amadeo Chavera and step father, Pablo Garcia; and her grandparents.

Belinda leaves her loving memories to her beloved husband of 42 years, Ramiro R. Lopez; children, Ramiro Lopez Jr. (Brenda), Debra Ortiz (Oscar), Sandra Carbajal (Gilbert), Vickie Ramos (Justin), Albert Lopez; mother, Ofelia Chavera.

Grandma “Momo” will be missed and loved by all her grandchildren, Antonio, Marcus, Austin, Monica and Michael Lopez, Christopher Jones, Persephany Ritchie, Jaydan and Oscar Ortiz Jr., Desirae and Junior Carbajal; two great granddaughters, Scarlett and Isabella Lopez; and many other beloved nephews, nieces and extended family members in Florida.

Belinda was a loving sister to Amadeo Chavera (Rosa), Norma Medrano (Stan), Gracie Garcia (Ben), Cynthia Heath (Jerry), Sylvia Lee (Toby), Ofelia Burch (Aven).

In angels arms you were carried away our memories of love and laughter shall not fade, for inside our hearts you will always stay.

Visitation will be held at Funeraria Del Angel Memorial Holly on Sunday, March 11, 2018 from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. with a Service to be held at 5:00 p.m. that same evening. Services will conclude that evening in the chapel.
