Armando Ramirez passed away on July 1, 2017 at the age of 53. He was born on June 3, 1964 in McAllen, TX. He worked at Zachry Group for 17 years at the LyondellBasell Refinery. Armando loved hunting and spending time at his ranch, fishing, bowling and loved playing the accordion with a group of his “musician” friends. Armando is survived by his parents, Alfredo and Aurora Ramirez; wife of 27 years, Melba Chavera Ramirez; children, Daniel and Erica Ramirez; siblings, Alfredo Ramirez Jr. (Janice) and Anabel Ramirez. He is also survived by his in-laws, Amando and Esmeralda Chavera; brother-in-law, Omar Chavera and numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held at Memory Gardens Funeral Home on Thursday, July 6, 2017 at 9:30 am with Funeral services beginning at 10:00 am. Interment will follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery.
