Angelica M. Garza

Angie was a wonderful mother, daughter, sister, aunt, sister in law, and friend. She was well respected and very much loved. She had an amazing sense of humor and her laughter was contagious. She will be dearly missed; but never forgotten. She will forever live in the hearts of those she has dearly touched.

Angie is preceded in death by her father, Juan G. Morales, Sr.; brothers, Robert and Angel Morales; son, Mauro Martinez Jr.; grandson, Anthony Joseph Medina; nephew, John Gabriel “Bo” Fernandez; great nephews, Paul Bazan Jr. and Juan Bazan; and nephew, Andrew Cantu.

Angie is survived by five children: Pablo “Paul” Martinez, Jr. of Corpus Christi, TX, Patricia Martinez of Ionia, MI, Melissa Trevino of Corpus Christi, TX, Michael (JoAnna) Martinez of Sinton, TX, and Monique Garza of Fredericksburg, VA. She is also survived by her mother, Juanita G. Morales; brothers: Juan Morales Jr., Gilbert (Melissa) Morales, Ernest (Michelle) Morales, and Mark Morales: sisters, Beatrice (Juan) Flores, Sylvia Morales, Christina Fernandez, Linda Bazan, and Delia (Roy) Trevino; 16 grandchildren: Pablo Martinez, Jr., Briana (Brandon) Hunt, Iris Arredondo, Stephanie Arredondo, Amber Martinez, Brandon Salinas, Lexis Martinez, Katarina Medina, Victoria Martinez, Andrea Arredondo, Michael Martinez II, Alexandrea Martinez, Jayden Martinez, and 2 step-grandchildren; Ricky and Micky Arredondo; and 3 great grandchildren; Nadia Medina, Madelyn Martinez and Madisyn Martinez, and numerous nieces and nephews including their children.

A viewing will be held on Sunday, December 22, 2013 from 4:00 to 9:00 p.m. at Memory Gardens Funeral Home with a prayer service to be recited at 7:00 p.m. that same evening.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, December 23, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. at Memory Gardens Funeral Home Chapel with interment to follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery.Arrangements under the direction of Memory Gardens Funeral Home, Corpus Christi, TX.
