She is survived by her parents; her beloved son, 0wen Kirschner; life partner, Michael Jennings; the Jennings family of Corpus Christi, Texas; a treasured recue dog and three cats; many cousins, aunts and uncles, and a host of friends across Texas and the USA.
Alia grew up and attended early school in Wimberley, Texas where she excelled in academics and sports. After moving to Austin, she graduated from St. Andrews Episcopal School and attended college in Florida; later moving back to Texas to attend Abilene Christian University and St. Edwards University.
After moving to Corpus Christi 10 years ago, Alia pursued her passion of dirt track racing, becoming the PR Representative for Race On Texas and many other racing organizations in Texas, while continuing volunteer efforts wherever she could to help people or animals in need of her many talents and loving heart.
A visitation for Alia will be held Friday, October 28, 2022 from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM at Memory Gardens Funeral Home, 8200 Old Brownsville Road, Corpus Christi, Texas 78415, followed by a funeral service at 2:00 PM.
