He married Miss Paula Adame on January 10, 1960, he work as a truck driver for Heldenfels until his retirement. He had a passion for music and his guitar.
Abel is survived by his wife of 64 years of marriage Ms. Paula Garcia, their children; Martina (Joe) Ceballos, Steven (Ben) Garcia, Rose Garcia, grandchildren: Alfredo Fortino Canales, Erika Garza, Joe Anthony Ceballos Jr., Miranda Solis, Marina Solis, 6 great grandchildren, siblings; Lionel Garcia, Fortina Garcia, Maria (Coty) Garcia, Alicia Beltran all from Naples Florida. He is preceded in death by parents: Fortino and Maria Garcia, a son: Fortino Garcia, sisters; Rosa Polindo, Anna Lopez brothers; Joel (Walo) Garcia, Robert (Beto) Garcia and Fidel Garcia.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 14, 2024 at Funeraria Del Angel Memorial Holly, located at 3442 Holly Road, Corpus Christi, Texas 78415 from 5:00 pm until 9:00 pm with the Holy Rosary to be recited at 7:00 pm. Funeral Mass will be Celebrated at Holy Family Catholic Church on Wednesday, May 15, 2024 at 10:00 with Burial to follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery.
