BÉLANGER, Julie R.~ unexpectedly at her residence on Sunday October 6, 2024 at the age of 53 years. Beloved daughter of the late Lucien Bélanger and the late Thérèse (née Turcotte) Bélanger. Cherished sister of Pierre Bélanger (Carole). Loving aunt of Stéphane Bélanger (Jessica), Mélanie Farley (Ryan) and Patrick Bélanger. Proud great aunt of Kayla Farley, Mia Bélanger, Noah Bélanger, Marika Farley and Logan Farley.
Julie will be sadly missed by many friends at Starbright. Julie looked forward to going to Starbright which is a Resource Center she attended each and every day. This is an organization run by the Canadian Mental Health Association – Champlain East Branch. She loved the structured activities like bingo, arts and craft and special events just to name a few.
A Celebration of Life gathering will be held at Lahaie & Sullivan Cornwall Funeral Homes East Branch 614 First Street East (613-933-2841) on Friday, October 18, 2024 from 12 Noon until 2 p.m. As expressions of sympathy donations to the Canadian Mental Health Association would be appreciated by the family.
