Joyce Isabel (Kirkey) Sabourin

SABOURIN, Joyce Isabel – peacefully at Maxville Manor on Thursday June 6, 2024 at the age of 93 years. Loving mother of Richard Sabourin (Jocelyne Legault) of Casselman, Carol Sabourin-McLeod (Peter) of North Lancaster, Deborah Sabourin-Smith (the late Duane) of Peachtree B.C. and mother-in-law of Iris Sabourin. Proud grandmother of Corey, Trevor, Meghan, Allison, Durell and Drew and great grandmother of Brigitte and Grace. Cherished sister of Anne Burgess (the late Lionel) of Brockville, Barbara Green (Sandy), Ronald Kirkey (the late Monique) both of Cornwall, the late Dorothy Abraham (the late Sam) and the late James Kirkey. Joyce will be sadly missed by her cherished family member Doris Jodoin, along with many nieces and nephews. Dear daughter of the late Ellis Kirkey and the late Mildred (née Rouleau) Kirkey. The family will be in attendance at Lahaie & Sullivan Cornwall Funeral Home 20 Seventh Street West (613-932-8482) on Saturday June 22, 2024 from 1 p.m. until the time of Service. A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday June 22, 2024 in the Memorial Chapel of the funeral home at 2 p.m. Reception to follow.
