LONEY, Joseph “Joe” – peacefully at the Glen Stor Dun Lodge on Thursday December 8, 2022 at the age of 96 years. Beloved husband of Estelle (née) Pilon. Loving father of Patricia Grinius (Steven) of French River and Denise Loney of Cornwall. Proud grandfather of Lesley, Thomas and great grandfather of Brooklyn and Hunter. Predeceased by his parents John Loney, Catherine (née Caul) Loney, his brothers Wellington, Charles (the late Cléo), Jack (the late June), his sisters Ellen Windle (the late Vince), Kathleen Pender (the late Dr. Charles Pender) and Elizabeth Leroux (the late Raymond). Survived by many nieces and nephews. Resting at Lahaie & Sullivan Cornwall Funeral Homes East Branch, 614 First Street East, Cornwall (613-933-2841) on Thursday, December 15, 2022 from 2 p.m to 4 p.m. and Friday from 9 a.m. until the time of Service. Funeral, Friday December 16, 2022, for Mass of Christian Burial in St. Peter’s Church at 11 a.m. Interment Notre Dame Cemetery to follow.
