Loving husband of the late Carmelle (Bazinet) Verville. Cherished father of Hélène Sullivan (M. John), Luc Verville (Céline), Sylvie Charron (John Jr.), Denis “Gern” Verville (Heather) and Jean Verville (Laurie).

He was the proud grandfather of 14, D’Arcy Lynn (Claude), Joey (Chantal), Martin “Marty“ (Kaila), Mélanie (Jon), Émilie (Ricky), Christine (Blake), Joël, Justin (Elizabeth), Eric (Anneka), Haley (Will), Kyle (Brittnay), Jack (Nathalie), Charlie, late Alexandre and by 11 great grandchildren, Lukas, Bradley, Jonathan, Ethan, Alexa, Emmarie, Lilyana, Harrison, Keith, Eddie, Theo and by many nieces and nephews.

Dear brother of Nicole Sabourin (Victor). Predeceased by his parents, Alexandre and Hermina (Grégoire) Verville, 2 brothers, Clement Verville, Raymond Verville (late Ida - late Bea) and by 3 sisters, Irene Bergeron (late Emeril), Therese Bergeron (late Laurent) and Gisele Kennedy (late Hubert).

Friends and family will be received at the M John Sullivan Funeral Home, 341 Pitt Street (across from city hall) Cornwall on Friday, November 29th, from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and on Saturday from 9:00 a.m. until time of service.

Funeral Liturgy will be held on Saturday, November 30, 2024 in the chapel at 10:30 a.m. Inurnment to follow at Notre Dame Columbarium.
