Mary Viola passed peacefully in Florida on February 3rd 2023 at the age of 89.
Mary is survived by her sons Robert (Sally), Richard (Doris), Michael and James, three grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
Mary is preceded in death by her husband James and son Steven.
Mary, known as Marie was born in New York to Tomasina and Nunzio, marrying James in 1954. They started their family in Babylon, New York eventually moving to Smithtown and finally Lauderhill, Florida.
Marie’s proudest accomplishment was raising a loving and happy family who she cared for deeply. She was well known for accepting all that entered her life with as much love and care as her own family.
A funeral is scheduled for 12:30 at Queen of Heaven, in North Lauderdale, FL.
