Vereen, Grayce W., 94, of Tamarac went to be with the Lord December 30, 2017. Grayce was born in Raleigh, North Carolina on November 2, 1923 to the late Joseph and Florence Eva (Snow) Whitten. Grayce enjoyed sewing, crocheting, swimming, music and dancing. The most important people to her were her family. She was predeceased by her loving husband, Jackson in 2005. Those left to cherish her memory are her daughter, Judith C. Vereen, son and daughter-in-law, Jerry and Maria Vereen, grandchildren, Christina Vereen, Ruben Arevalo. The family will receive friends on Saturday, January 6, 2018, 9:00 - 11:00am at Forest Lawn Funeral Home North, 200 West Copans Road, Pompano Beach where a Celebration of Life Service will begin at 11:00 am. Interment to immediately follow at Forest Lawn North Memorial Gardens with her husband. Arrangements under the direction of Kraeer Funeral Home and Cremation Center, Coral Springs, FL.
