Anne G Sadler

Anne is survived by her sister Jackie Thompkins who resides in Little Egg Harbor, NJ. She is preceded in death by her husband Gerald Allen Sadler, and her sister Florence Clampitt. Anne has 4 children; Rachel Abel (Sadler), Matthew Sadler, Daniel Sadler, and Philip Sadler. Additionally she has six grandchildren; Sadie Brotherton, Joanna Abel, Nathanael Abel, Lowery Abel Jr., Leon Sadler, and Samuel Sadler.

Anne was born on 8/3/1947in Brooklyn, NY to Marvin John Graham and Antoine Sendrauskas. She graduated from Elmira College in 1982 with a degree in elementary education, and master’s degree in education in 1999. She married Gerald Sadler, in 1971. The attended bible college and she supported Gerald as they pastored several churches in New York, Texas, and St. Petersburg, Russia. She would play the piano and sing in services; and teach Sunday school to children. She co-owned several businesses over the years, and the last 15 years of her career she taught, was an assistant principal, and was a technology specialist for the Aldine Independent School district. The couple welcomed four children into their home. Her children remember her as a kind, empathetic, and selfless mother who encouraged them to pursue their goals using biblical principles as a guideline.

Anne enjoyed playing games, watching movies, and most importantly spending time with her family. She faithfully read the Bible daily. She was a generous individual who loved helping others and giving in secret. She was selfless with her time, skills, and money. Anne was an active and dedicated member of the church and often volunteered.

A memorial service will be held on June 10, at 10 a.m., Silver Springs Baptist Church 29820 Dobbin Hufsmith Rd, Magnolia TX 77354, with a reception to follow at the church. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Anne’s life.

Anne G Sadler, age 75, of Parkland, Florida passed away on Tuesday, March 21, 2023.
