Robert Dean Beckner

Robert , was currently employed for Steely Air-Conditioning / Heating. He was a handyman. In his younger life he enjoyed working on automobiles and doing body work; bonding and painting them. He had a love for cars especially the older models. He was also a self-taught artist, drawing pictures in his pass time. He enjoyed most anything working with his hands. He had a love for his family. His son, Dustin, was very special to him.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Franklin M. Beckner who died on October 25, 1997 and Barbara J. Varvais who died on March 16, 2007.

Robert Beckner died on September 19, 2014 at his residence in Copperas Cove, TX.

He leaves behind his son Dustin C. Beckner, his sisters; Rhonda L. Pratt of Burnet, TX and Kimberly A. Bowser of Vicksburg, MS and his girlfriend of 5 years, Mary Fitzgerald to cherish his memories.

A Memorial service in his honor will be held at 2:00 PM Wednesday, September 24, 2014 in the chapel of Crawford-Bowers Funeral Home of Copperas Cove.
