Ted J. Klier

In loving memory of Theodore (Ted) John Klier, age 81 of Coon Rapids, MN, who passed away peacefully at home on December 10, 2024. He was born April 7, 1943 in Park Rapids, MN to Gerhard and Mathilda (Wenzel) Klier. He married his soulmate, the love of his life Noreen Marie (Benjaminson) Klier on August 19, 1967. They were blessed with a daughter Renae Geis (Eric) and a son Jeremy Klier (Amy).

Ted worked at Midcity Cleaning for 24+ years. Ted always put his family first, sometimes even over himself. He always found ways to help others as much as he could and spending time with them was his own reward for the good he had done. He was a very hard worker who loved to hunt and fish and go to his grandchildren’s sports events. Most of all he loved to fix things.

Ted was preceded in death by his wife, Noreen Klier; parents, Gerhard and Mathilda Klier; siblings, August Klier, Evelyn Bethel, Joseph Klier.

Ted will be deeply missed by his children, Renae (Eric) Geis and Jeremy (Amy) Klier; bonus daughter, Amanda Evgen; grandchildren, David (Laynee), Rachel, Abigail, Spencer, Isabella, Ian, C’Mora, Tweet, Kobe; great-grandchildren, Ivy and Desmond; nieces and nephews.

Visitation will begin at 1pm until time of service at 2pm on January 5, 2025 at Gearhart Funeral Home, 11275 Foley Blvd NW, Coon Rapids.
