Jim was a loving husband and father, whose main concern was that his wife and daughters were taken care of. He was selfless in his devotion to his wife. He attended Ascension Catholic School, DeLaSalle High School, and Dunwoody. He was a proud lifetime Union Pipefitter with Pipefitters' Local 539. He retired in 2007 from the University of Minnesota. Jim was a classic car enthusiast, particularly with his '62 Bonneville. He enjoyed driving the car, working on it, and attending car shows.
Jim was a private, family oriented man, admired and respected by many. He will be greatly missed.
Join us to celebrate Jim's life on Saturday November 23, 2024, at The Church of the Ascension, 1723 N Bryant Ave, Minneapolis, MN. Visitation begins at 9 am and Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 am.
