Tommie grew up in San Antonio and attended Providence Catholic High School. She was an outstanding student, an avid reader and had a passion for learning. Tommie was also the editor of the high school newspaper. In 1960, she married her high school sweetheart, Pat H. Brennan, and they made their home in San Antonio. Pat and Tommie moved to Houston in 1964, then relocated to Conroe in 1971 where they worked together in their electrical contracting business for decades. Tommie was an active member of the Conroe Noon Lions Club for 35 years.
Tommie is preceded in death by her mother, father and her son David Brennan. She is survived by her husband Pat H., her son Pat A. and Arleen Brennan, daughter-in-law Kellie Brennan, Bobby and Kristen Brennan and Jacob and Alicia Brennan. Tommie is also survived by her only sister Fran Motzkin and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, December 21, 2021 from 5:00pm to 7:00pm with a rosary beginning at 7:00pm at Cashner Funeral Home. Funeral Mass will be held Wednesday, December 22, 2021 at 10:00am at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Conroe, TX with burial following in Garden Park Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Texas Lions Camp in Kerrville, Texas at www.lionscamp.com.
