Nancy Ann Smith was called home on September 23, 2023, at the age of 74. She passed peacefully surrounded by her family. Nancy was born in Caldwell, Texas on May 6, 1949.

She is preceded in death by her father Curtis Smith, mother Ann Smith, and sister Linda Smith Bell.

She is survived by her daughter Dawn Bequeaith and husband David Bequeaith of Conroe, brother Buddy Smith and wife Sharon Smith of Georgetown, her sisters in law Judy Askew and Jan Bruner both of Conroe, along with numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

When Nancy was not reading and watching sports, she loved spending time with her family and friends. She was loved and will be missed by all.

A visitation for Nancy will be held Sunday, October 1, 2023 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Metcalf Funeral Directors, 1801 E White Oak Terrace, Conroe, Texas. A celebration of life will occur Monday, October 2, 2023 at 10:00 AM at Metcalf Funeral Directors. Graveside service and interment immediately following.
