Nancy Gilmore, 57, died May 20, 2018, at St. Luke’s Hospital in The Woodlands, Texas. Nancy was born July 28, 1960 in Latrobe, Pennsylvania, to William and Stella Shaffer. She grew up in Pittsburg, Kansas graduating from Pittsburg High School, in 1978. She married Leo Gilmore on June 18, 1983, he survives at the home. Nancy was a loving wife and mother to son, Joshua Gilmore, and daughter, Samantha Gilmore, both of Houston, Texas. She is also survived by mother, Stella Thompson of Frontenac, Kansas; sister, Sandy Shaffer of Olathe, Kansas; brother, Kelly Shaffer of Pittsburg, Kansas; brothers-in-laws, Richard Gilmore and wife Gail of Sugar Hill, Georgia; Dennis Gilmore and wife Karen of Indio, California; and Bishop Ronald Gilmore of Dodge City, Kansas. A rosary will be held Thursday, May 24 at 7 pm at Cashner Funeral Home. 801 Teas Road, Conroe, Texas 77303.
