Margie Laverne Marshall

Our dear, beloved mother and MeMaw, Margie Laverne Marshall, 86, passed away October 24, 2012. She was born 1925 in Houston, Texas and lived there until she moved to the Montgomery County area in later years.

She loved her family first above all and adored her steady, loving companion, Tootsie, who was always by her side. She loved to socialize, enjoyed traveling and could light up a room with her wit and sense of humor.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Linwood Marshall and daughter, Marilyn Flato.

Survivors include: daughter, Sherry DiDonato and husband John; Grandchildren: JC Corson and wife Halle; Anthony DiDonato and Megan Oney; Vanessa Escareno and husband Abraham; Wyndy Flato-Dominy and spouse Jen Dominy, Devin Flato, Chancey Flato, Casey Flato; seven Great Grandchildren.

Special mention survivors: Sue Sanders and husband Dennis; Dan DiDonato and partner Mitch; Terry DiDonato and partner Troy; Rudy Flato.

Visitation will be held 5:00 - 7:00 pm October 26, 2012 at Metcalf Funeral Directors, 1801 E. White Oak Terrace, Conroe, Texas.

A graveside service will be held Friday, October 27, 2012 at 11:00 am at Earthman’s Resthaven Cemetery, 13102 North Freeway, Houston, Texas.
