Elaina Mae Bunker was born May 4th 2020 in Conroe Texas. She went to her heavenly home on October 16th 2024 at Texas Children’s Hospital in Houston Texas. She was preceded in death by her great grandparents Loreth Jackson, W.R. Bunker III, Bobby and Barbara Bunker Burns, Gerald and Jane White and a special great aunt Faye White. She is survived by her parents Willie and Moriah Elaine Bunker, brothers Brantson and Truett Bunker, grandparents Tom and Rita Madler, Briscoe and Tami Davis, Bart and Judy Bunker, great grandfather Wade Jackson and James David Davis, great grandmother Jean Pence, aunts Brianna Aguilar and Lexi Davis, uncle Briscoe Davis and wife Lisa, several great aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Elaina was diagnosed with Systemic Juvenile Idiopathic arthritis at 7 months and a rare lung disease associated with it at 10 months. Despite the issues these caused, she lived life to the fullest and always had a smile on her face. Elaina loved girl time with her mom. She would often stay up late when everyone was asleep to sing songs, giggle, and snuggle with mom. She loved laughing with her brothers. Elaina and Brantson would wrestle in the bed until Elaina would laugh so hard she would become too weak with laughter to fight back. Truett and Elaina loved to make messes together. She would get anything out of the drawers he could not reach, and get the spices from up high for him to dump out. Elaina loved to tickle her dad's feet and have her feet tickled by him. She also loved to be outside. While outdoors she loved to swing, write on her chalkboard, play in the pool, sandbox, and mud kitchen. She loved singing wheels on the bus with her Grammy (Rita Madler) along with other songs. Elaina was the happiest, most precious girl, and a true piece of heaven on Earth. She had a smile for everyone. Elaina was as tough as they came. She fought with all her might and won the ultimate prize of going to heaven. She was a huge blessing to her family, and we will miss her every second of the day.
A visitation for Elaina will be held Sunday, October 27, 2024 from 1:00pm to 2:00pm in Cashner Colonial Hall (801 Teas Rd, Conroe, Texas, 77303) with a Celebration of Life to follow at 2:00pm.
