Donald Eugene Roberts

Donald Eugene Roberts was called home by the Lord on September 16, 2024. Donald also known to us as Don was born on May 11, 1939, to loving parents Thomas and Myrtle Roberts in Cotton Center, Texas and resided in Willis, Texas. Don was a devoted Christian and attended church services at Conroe First Assembly of God in Conroe, Texas.

Don was preceded in death by his parents, his daughter Donna Kay Shantz, grandsons Royce Harley and Aaron Michael Wilson. He is survived by his wife of 66 years, Loretha Roberts, son Steven Roberts and wife Esmeralda, and Daughter Pam LaRue and grandchildren Brandi Adams and husband Holt, Steven Roberts Jr, Stephanie Roberts, Nicole Flores and husband Chris, Megan LaRue, Michael Shane LaRue II, Joshua LaRue and wife Sarah, along with the great grandchildren Liam and Makena Wilson, Brett and Harley Adams, Olivia and Ezra Flores, Adissyn, Cade, and Colt Williams; and Kylie and Michael Shane LaRue III and Arthur LaRue, his brothers Jimmy Doyle Roberts and Melvin Troy Roberts and wife Jane.

Funeral Services will be held at 2 pm on September 19, 2024, at Cashner Funeral Home with visitation to begin at 12:30 p.m. Interment will follow at Garden Park Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers are: Doyle Roberts, Steven Roberts Jr, Michael Shane LaRue II, Joshua LaRue, Holt Adams and Chris Flores.
