Billie D. Smith

Billie Doris Smith, born May 20, 1932, in Huntsville, Texas, passed away in Conroe, Texas on January 22, 2017. She is survived by her loving husband of sixty-five years, Ben Smith and her sister Glenda Johnson.

Also surviving Billie are her children, Douglas Smith, Debra Holmes and Larry & Susan Smith. She has six grandchildren, Chris Smith, Jon Smith, Shane Holmes, Chase Holmes, Jason Smith and Kerri Bigler. Billie was preceded in death by her parents Robert and Mattie Hall, and siblings James Hall, Josephine Parker, Ima North, Martha Willis and Bobby Hall.

Billie touched the lives of many with her sweet smile and sense of humor. She enjoyed spending time with her great grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.

Friends and family are invited to attend visitation services on Tuesday, January 24, 2017 from 5:00pm to 7:00pm at Cashner Funeral Home. The funeral service will be Wednesday, January 25, 2017 beginning at 12:30pm with interment to follow in Conroe Memorial Park. Pall bearers are Chris Smith, Jon Smith, Shane Holmes, Chase Holmes, Christian Chene and Brad Parker. Honorary pallbearers are Monty Hall, Loy Hall, Ricky North and Jason Smith.
