In addition to her parents, Rosalie was preceded in death by her husband, Adolphus Carl Yount Jr.; and her brother, Bob Hawkins.
Rosalie was a loving mother and grandmother. She was a member of St. John’s Lutheran Church. She was a librarian at Arndt Middle School for many years.
Those left to cherish Rosalie’s memory are her son, Todd Yount and wife Catherine; daughter, Gina Perkins and husband Julian; grandchildren, Cameron Yount, Zane Perkins, Alex Yount, Grace Yount, Catie Yount and Blair Yount.
Receiving of friends will be held on Monday, October 9, 2023 at 1 pm prior to the service.
A funeral service will be held at 2 pm on Monday, October 9, 2023 at St. John’s Lutheran Church with Reverend Anton Lagoutine officiating. Burial to follow in the church cemetery.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to St. John’s Lutheran Church of Conover.
