Marsha was the daughter of Robert B. and Macel K. Baker Ashcraft, born January 2, 1957. She graduated from Connersville High School in 1975. Since she was a little girl, Marsha was a horse enthusiast, especially in the last few years. On January 29, 1984, Marsha married the love of her life, David W. Toler, who died June 4, 2011. She had been employed at Council’s Bradenton Recreation Parlor and other local eateries for almost two decades. She also enjoyed working in home health care, loving and caring for others. Marsha was known to have never met a stranger.
Marsha is survived by her daughter: Aja Toler and her boyfriend, Corey Phagan of Bradenton, Florida; her brother and his wife: Bobby Ashcraft and Andi of Gosport, Indiana; sisters-in-law: Delores Crank of Connersville, Indiana; Debby Toler of Sarasota, Florida; nieces and nephews and their spouses: Jeanette Bowman and Jim of London, Kentucky, Patricia Young and Jimmy of Kentucky, Carlene McCreary and Warren of Rushville, Hannah Ashcraft and Chase Ashcraft, both of Gosport; Denise L. Richardson of Asheville, North Carolina; Dannelle Franz and Dan of Sarasota, Florida; aunts and uncles: Aretta Steele an her husband, Bob of Ohio; Jack Ashcraft of Shelbyville, Indiana; Curtis Baker and Helen, Imogene Baker, all of Connersville; several cousins.
In addtiton to her parents and her husband of 27 years, Marsha was preceded in death by her sister: Vicky Ashcraft Richardson; her brothers-in-law: Danny L. Toler and Carl Crank; parents-in-law: George and Annas O. Toler; grandsons: Robert Revels, Jr. and Colton Phagan.
