April M. Allen

April was born in Connersville, June 27, 1985 to Garner and Pamela Rust Allen and attended Franklin County High School. She was a caring person, who deeply loved her family and enjoyed cooking.

April is survived by her children: Adrionna Griffin and Bentley Rowe, both of Connersville; her mother and step-father: Pam and Daryl Hildebrand of Connersville; her sisters: Faith Allen of Connersville, Karena Allen of Indianapolis, and Caitlin Allen of Connersville; nieces, nephews and step-sisters: Meghan Nichols of Connersville and Lindsey Hildebrand of Richmond.

April is preceded in death by her father, her sister: Candace Hensley; her paternal grandparents: Edward and Myrna Allen; her maternal grandparents George and Edith Rust and her daughter’s father: Luke Griffin.

Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Monday, April 8, 2019, at Showalter Blackwell Long Funeral Home, Myers Chapel, Connersville with Pastor Mike Ison of New Hope Tabernacle officiating. Cremation will follow. Friends may visit at the funeral home from 1 p.m. Monday until the time of service. Memorial contributions may be made to the family to help defray funeral costs.
