Heather Lynn Diaz (Bradley) , 43 of Tuxedo NY passed away on June 6th 2023.
Heather was born on May 31st 1980 to Dawn Lislevand and Joseph Bradley in Nyack NY.
After graduating from Lakeland regional highschool she went on to study elementary education at RCC, visual arts at Ramapo college and then Heather went for her master's in mental health counseling/ art therapy at Caldwell college.
She recently worked as a crisis counselor and behavioral health mobile counselor.
On October 31st 2021 she married Jason Diaz and was finally happy and complete. Heather loved everyone and had an amazing heart and soul.
Heather is survived by her husband jason Diaz, mother Dawn Lislevand, sister Kimberly Hoagland, brother in-law Michael Mickle, nephew Mikey and niece Mya Mickle, Aunt Sue Hollywood Uncle Richard Lislevand and Grandmother Mame Lislevand.
Services will be held at Higgins Funeral Home in Congers; 113 Lake Rd East, Congers NY 10920 on June 13th 2023 at 4pm-8pm
