Morris Colby Foote, Jr. of Bow, NH,was born May 10, 1943, died Thursday, November 4, 2010 at his home of natural causes.
Moe was predeceased by his parents, Morris Sr. and Louise of Bow, his wife Anne Louise, and his daughter Hannah Elizabeth.
He is survived by his two sons Anthony and Jeffery of Bow, his brother Jeffery of Concord, his daughter in law Nicole and two granddaughters Emma Anne Normandeau and Abigale Rae Foote.
Morris was a lifelong resident Bow, and spent the majority of his life in the woods or on the water. He was a See Bee and volunteered for two tours in Vietnam. He was a registered land surveyor and owner of Bow Mills Land Management for over 30 years. One of Moe’s lifelong passions was music and in his retirement he treasured playing music with his friends. In the words of his doctor, Morris was one of the last ‘Free Thinkers’.
Calling hours will be held at the Bennett Funeral Home 209 N. Main Street in Concord from 5 to 8PM Thursday, November 11, 2010 and the burial will be at Evans Cemetery in Bow on Saturday, November 13, 2010 at 10AM.
