Steven Harold Wilson

Steven Harold Wilson, 70, of Whitehall, Ohio went home to be with the Lord on Friday, August 25, 2023. He was born on August 24, 1953 in Oak Hill, Ohio to the late Richard E. Wilson and Garnetta (McManis) Wilson. Steve proudly served in the U.S. Navy Seals during the Vietnam Era and was a member of the Whitehall Church of the Nazarene. In addition to his parents, Steve was preceded in death by his sister, Janet Reese; brother, Dick Wilson; and cousin, Lee Cassidy. He is survived by sister-in-law, Diana Lynn Wilson; cousins, Joyce Cassidy of Jackson, Erline (Jeff) Page of Chillicothe, Gay (Mike) Gilliland of Jackson, Vickie Adkins of Virginia, and Brenda Gould of Pickerington; special friends, Bob Adair, Josh and Cheryl Pope, and Patrick and Deborah Perrot. Visitation will be held 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 31, 2023 at Whitehall Church of the Nazarene, 739 S. Yearling Rd. Columbus, OH 43213, where the funeral service will begin at 12:00 p.m. Pastor Brittany Zahler officiating. Interment to follow at CM Cemetery in Oak Hill, Ohio.
