Ronald E. Snyder

Ron Snyder, age 80, passed away on November 23, 2023. Ron was an accomplished carpenter and finished his building career as a superintendent for Elford Construction. He was a loving husband and dedicated Father to a large family. Ron was a proud graduate of Groveport High School where he excelled at and played many sports. In his free time, he enjoyed going to the VFW club and tending his garden. Preceded in death by his wife of 38 years, Barbara Snyder, parents, Irma and Okey Snyder and his brother, Roger Snyder. He is survived by his wife of 7 years, Eva Snyder, his 7 children, Ron Snyder, Tami Snyder, John Snyder, Rick Snyder, Tom Snyder, Rob Snyder, Dan Snyder and Jennifer DeLong and their spouses, 14 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren and 3 stepdaughters, Judy (Vaughn) Bateman, of Michigan, Diana (Doran) Barshney, of Michigan and Marsha (Jimmy) Springs, of Reynoldsburg; step grandchildren, Laura, Anthony, Christie, Sean, Joe, Josh, and Jeremy and 13 step great-grandchildren. Friends may call 11:00 am-1:00 pm Wednesday, November 29, 2023 at SCHOEDINGER EAST, 5360 E. Livingston Avenue, Columbus, OH 43232 where funeral service will be held 1:00 pm Wednesday. Interment Lithopolis Cemetery.
