Robert Hickey

Robert L. Hickey, age 74, of Grove City, Ohio, passed away Wednesday, May 25 2011. Robert retired after 30 plus years of dedicated service from Dublin Road Water Treatment Plant. “His contagious smile and the love he gave to all of us will live in our hearts forever, until we meet again.” He is preceded in death by loving wife, Juanita M. Hickey; father, Ray Hickey, mother and step father, Mary and Glen Markel; brother, William “Bill” Hickey; Son-in-law, Jim Stephens, and great-granddaughter, Ariella Calder. He is survived by son, Robert A. (Jeanie) Hickey; daughters, Diana (David) Calder, and Linda (fiancé Jeff Estep) Stephens; brother, Dave (Yvonne) Hickey; step brother, Tommy Markel; 12 grandchildren, 8 great- grandchildren; numerous beloved relatives and friends. Friends may call 2-4 and 6-8 Tuesday, May 31, 2011 at the Schoedinger Grove City Chapel, 3920 E. Broadway, Grove City, OH 43123, as well as Wednesday June 1, 2011 10-11am at Briggs Road Baptist Church, 3231 Briggs Rd., Columbus, OH 43204. Services will start at 11am.
