Oneta Patrick, age 93, passed away Tuesday, November 30, 2010. She was born November 18, 1917 in Salyersville, Kentucky to the late Thomas and Mahala Hackworth; also preceded in death by her husband of 72 years, Roy Patrick; son, Donnie; granddaughter, Natalie Martin; one brother and two sisters. She is survived by her daughter, Betheleen (Hank) Costlow; son, Larry (Doreen) Patrick; grandchildren, Donnette, Karen, Craig Patrick, Bill (Melodie) Costlow, Susan (Randy) Harris, and Tonja Patrick and 9 great-grandchildren. Oneta was a faithful member of Church of God for over 60 years. Friends may call 2-4 and 6-8 pm Friday, December 3, 2010 at the SCHOEDINGER-NORRIS CHAPEL 3920 Broadway Grove City. Funeral service 10:30am Saturday at the Potters House Church of God, 3220 Lowell Dr., Columbus, OH 43204 with Pastor Tim Oldfield, officiating; Interment in Galloway Cemetery.
