Myrtle Moore

Myrtle Moore, age 95, passed away on February 18, 2021 at the Inn at Olentangy Trail, where she has been a resident for the past 9 years. Myrtle was born September 22, 1925 in Laura, Kentucky to the late Wes and Virgie Cline. She was an active member of Reynoldsburg Baptist Church for over 30 years. She was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and sister. In addition to her parents, Myrtle was preceded in death by her husband, Prentice Moore; daughter-in-law, Carolyn Moore; many brothers and sisters. She is survived by her sons, Prentice Moore and Dennis (Diana) Moore; grandchildren, Deborah (Samuel) Payne, Sheri (Todd) Weithman; David (Sally) Moore, and Steven (Jennifer) Moore; great-grandchildren, Julia and Walker Payne, Alexandra, Ava, and Sophia Weithman, Bonnie and Hayden Moore, and Jacob and Katelyn Moore; sister, Mary Ellen Crum as well as many extended family members and friends. Visitation will be held 9:30 am Saturday, February 27, 2021 at Schoedinger East, 5360 E. Livingston Ave., where the funeral service will begin at 10:30 am. Associate Pastor Greg Savage officiating. Masks are required and attendance will be monitored to maintain social distancing requirements. Interment to follow at Franklin Hills Memory Gardens.
