Molly McLain

Molly was born to Dr. William W. and Peggy L. McLain in Carson City Michigan. She married Dr. Lawrence Sills in May 1987, who preceded her in death in August 1987.

After her graduation from Carson City-Crystal High School in 1974, she attended and graduated from Montcalm Community College with a degree in Nursing. She loved providing hands on care and was a fierce advocate for her patients.

Every place Molly lived is a little brighter as she loved creating beautiful landscapes and flower gardens.

Molly shared her home with her beloved pets, Maggie, Barney, Vinnie and Sophie. Her animals were her constant companions and provided great comfort during her illness. She was also supported by a wonderful circle of lifelong friends, sharing stories and laughs even in the most difficult times.

Molly is sadly missed by her sister, Jamie McGrath; sister-in-laws Susie and Claudia Sills; brother-in-law Douglas Sills; nieces Brigitte McGrath, McLain (Anthony Dunning) McGrath, Hannah (Jonathon Frederich) McGrath and nephew Liam McGrath.

Molly is proceeded in death by her spouse, Lawrence Sills; parents, Wally and Peggy McLain; sister Kelly McLain; brother in law Marty McGrath.

A graveside service will be held in Carson City at a later date.
