Michael Ingram, age 65, of Newark passed away with his family by his side on June 9, 2021. He was born December 2, 1955 in Woolwine, Virginia to Theodore and Yvonne Ingram. He was preceded in death by father, Theodore Ingram. He is survived by his loving wife, Julianne (Schluep) Ingram of 37 years; mother, Yvonne Ingram; son, Christopher Ingram; daughter, Carina Wilt; sisters, Katrina Kellum, Jocelyn Ingram, Sheila Ingram, Robin Ingram; granddaughters, Cali Ingram, McKenna Wilt, Dannica Wilt, and Alayah Copper; nieces, Kina (Jason) Colbert and Kristin Draye; nephew, Raymond Harris III and David (Kathy) Schluep; great nephew and great nieces and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
Michael proudly served our country as a United States Marine 1974-1976, retired deputy sheriff with the Franklin County Sheriff's Office.
He had the greatest love for his family and friends. He enjoyed fishing, renovating his classic car, his annual BBQ's and pig roasts. Avid Ohio State Buckeyes and Cleveland Browns fan.
Family will receive friends on Tuesday, June 15, 2021, from 11am-1pm at SCHOEDINGER NORTH, 5554 Karl Road, Columbus, Ohio 43229, where a Funeral Service will follow promptly at 1pm. Interment to take place at Union Cemetery, 3349 Olentangy River Road, Columbus, Ohio 43202. Full Military and Franklin County Deputy Sheriff honors to take place.
