Kim Blank, age 49, of New Albany, Ohio passed away Monday, November 22, 2010. She was born January 19, 1961 to the late Charles and Judith Powell; also preceded in death by her mother and father in law, James and Sue Blank. Kim is survived by her husband of 24 years, Richard “Bix” Blank and her beloved daughter, Emilia, of whom she was very proud. Also survived by her sister, Kristen Powell; stepmother, Peggy Powell; brother-in-law Tom (Sheila) Blank and many good friends and colleagues from M/I Homes and IGS Energy. Kim’s family will receive friends 2-4 and 6-9 pm Tuesday, November 30, 2010 at Schoedinger Northeast Chapel, 1051 E. Johnstown Rd., Gahanna, OH 43230.
