John "Scott" Farley, age 68, peacefully passed away with family by his side on Sunday, April 22, 2018. He was born May 29, 1949 in Lexington, Kentucky to John W. Farley and Julia M. (Stone) Farley. Scott graduated from Indiana State University. He began his career as an Automotive Factory Manufacturer Representative for the family business, Farley Sales, Inc., where he worked all his life. Scott loved spending time with his 5 granddaughters and family. He was an avid golfer. Scott was preceded in death by his father John W. Farley. He will be greatly missed by his beloved wife of 46 years, Elizabeth "Libby" Farley; mother, Judy Farley; children, Beth (Paul) Gyger, Rebecca (Jamie) Luttrell, and Steven Farley; brothers, Richard (Suzan) Farley and Robert Farley; granddaughters, Morgan, Jillian, Avery, Anaé and Natalie; aunt Josephine and uncle Bernie Fields; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. Family will receive friends from 1-2 P.M. Thursday, May 10, 2018 at SCHOEDINGER NORTHWEST CHAPEL, 1740 Zollinger Rd., where a memorial service will begin at 2 P.M. followed by a reception.
