Harold L. “Skip” Tyler, age 83, of Columbus, died Sunday, April 21, 2024 at his home. He was born in Columbus, Ohio on December 16, 1940. He retired from Walmart Distribution following over 16 years. He will be sorely missed and is survived by his children, Virginia (Nick) Hauth, Harold (Sandy) Jr., Susan (Tim) Likes, Donna Mcconaha, Mabel Sorrell, Randy (Christine) Tyler and Richard Tyler; 13 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren. Also survived by his brother, Charles Tyler and sister, Roberta Nowlin; other relatives and many friends. Besides his parents, Harold was preceded in death by his wife of 60 years, Jean Tyler and brother, Jackie Tyler. When he was younger, he loved to go fishing and camping and was a member of the Southeast Conservation Club. He was a devoted husband, father and grandfather who loved to watch Westerns.
