Georgia Marie Crosby, age 58 of Columbus, died unexpectedly on Saturday, February 7, 2015 at Riverside Methodist Hospital. She was born to the late George and Virginia Tackett on November 13, 1956 in Marion, Ohio. Georgia was a lifelong student and graduate of The Ohio State University, Franklin University and Wright State. She received her Bachelor in Journalism from OSU, a bachelor in Computer Science from Franklin University and her master in Computer Engineering from Wright State. Georgia was dedicated and hard working. She was most recently employed at CAS as a User Experience Analyst. She loved writing, knitting, spending time with the love of her life, George, and her "monkey men," Graeme and Isaac. A loving mother, grandma and friend, Georgia will be deeply missed. She is survived by her husband, George B. Crosby III; daughters, Kathryn (Mike) Titus and Elizabeth (Jorge) Hernandez-Crosby; the apples of her eyes grandsons, Isaac and Graeme Titus and a new itty bitty grandson on the way; sister, Marsha (Craig) Clark; brothers, Bill and Bob Tackett; loving nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family and friends. A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held at 7 pm on Friday, February 13, 2015 at SCHOEDINGER WORTHINGTON CHAPEL, 6699 N High St., Worthington, OH, where family will receive friends from 4pm until 7pm.
