Cynthia Ann Pettit, age 63, of Columbus, died Monday, June 21, 2010 at Kobacker House. She was an accomplished tailor having worked for Lazarus and Lee Ross; eventually opening her own business, Michael G’s Bridal in London. She was preceded in death by her husband, Michael, mother, Lois, and dogs, Midnight, Iowa, and Sammie. She is survived by her children, Christina Rodman, Geoffrey (Cathy), Thomas, and John (Lynnette) Montgomery; grandchildren, Kevin, Savannah, Dallas, Brooklyn, and Caitlin; father, Lloyd Clark; siblings, Daryl, Pam, Lori, Steve, and Susan; many other relatives and friends. A funeral service will be held at 11:30 am Friday, June 25, 2010 at Schoedinger Midtown Chapel, 229 East State Street, where friends will be received after 10:30am Friday; private inurnment.
